Dr. Londiwe Sibisi-Maboye is a dentist, educator, entrepreneur, and leadership mentor with over 20 years of experience in the dental and oral healthcare industry, passionate about advancing oral healthcare and developing people within the dental profession.
She is the Founder and Director of Kids Dental Home and Founder of Kids Dental Home Foundation, with extensive experience spanning private practice, academia, dental advisory for various medical aid schemes, community dentistry, workforce development, and professional mentorship.
A leader in paediatric dentistry, she serves as an Executive Committee Member of the South African Association of Paediatric Dentistry (SAAPD) and is a member of the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry (IAPD). She is also passionate about developing the dental workforce and has designed and implemented funded Dental Assistant internship programmes focused on clinical competence, professional confidence, leadership, and workplace readiness.
Through the Kids Dental Home Foundation, she champions philanthropic initiatives that expand access to oral healthcare for underserved children and communities. An award-winning changemaker and alumna of Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, she is the recipient of Colgate's Bright Smiles, Bright Futures Award for her Saving Smiles in Africa Initiative, becoming the first in Africa to receive this prestigious international honour. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical dentistry, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
